Behind the eye of the camera, one can document subtle changes in light and their influence on our perception of objects. Only the camera can capture fleeting moments of visual beauty that our eyes might otherwise overlook. By photographing the same subject matter in ever-changing light conditions, I hope to deepen our perception and appreciation of the ordinary. My photographs are studies in light, shadow, surface, and composition.
